andrea(knit fruits and veggies, pacifier clips, adult hats, knit caterpillars, and bib & bootie sets), steve(matted and framed photography), and i(baby beanies, magnet sets, recycled notebooks) pooled resources/talents and tried to pull off our first craft show together. it was a bit of a disappointment. we got everything finished in time(miraculously...there has been a LOT going on) thanks to some late night and early morning coffee chugging. our table looked great and we had emmett, bella, and sparticus to attract people to us. i personally blame the weather(it rained for the first 2 1/2 hours) and the fact that the hosting church had never had a "fall festival"(deceptive...not the same as a craft show people!) before. we came home tired, cold, and poorer.
no, i did not wear weather-appropriate footwear.
we(andrea) earned a grand total of $10 from selling this hat off of emmett's head(yes, the only thing we sold was the one thing that was not for sale!)
we did a bit of trading amongst ourselves. i gave emmett a hat to replace his pumpkin one so andrea gave me that beautiful blue hat(hasn't left my head since. love it!) in the picture above.
