back around mother's day i requested and recieved Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: The Discovery That Revolutionizes Home Baking
and today i ran across this video on youtube accompanying Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day: 100 New Recipes Featuring Whole Grains, Fruits, Vegetables, and Gluten-Free Ingredients
super easy and fast!
now i need to find a cheap plastic(although i wish i could find a glass one that was big enough... like 4-6 qt) bucket with a lid.
update 6.28.10: so this is definitely a cinch and a great alternative to the no-knead bread we love so dearly(i think with a little butter this could give great harvest a little competition...) when you forget to start dough 20 hours earlier... i halved the recipe and let it rise 1 1/2 hours, shaped it into a large boule, slashed it, let it rise on parchment 30 minutes more, and baked it 35 minutes. it smells and tastes great. we dipped it in split pea soup. omg.
