all of these pictures are backwards in chronological order, so if you want, you can start at the bottom and work your way. our trip(childless! thank you grammy and pop!) consisted of portland and mt. desert island in maine, new brunswick, portsmouth new hamshire, and long island ny. it was so nice to get away and have a good old fashioned road trip with people we love.

holly and steve celebrated their 3rd anniversary by staying in a cliffside cottage in alma
meanwhile, matt, adam, and i spent our evening waiting for sleeping bags to dry at the laundromat after the tarp fell and dumped an inch of water into our tent(adam was the first to realize what had happened and alerted us all by proclaiming he had peed his pants... or so he thought)
