I recently was fortunate enough to get to see the amazing Andrew Bird live in Richmond with Matt and Devin. Let me tell you this was by far the best show i have ever been to in my life(of which there have been many... shows not lives...) and i highly recommend it to you. Here is just a taste...

ANYWAYS... i knit my first sweater this week for isaac out of recycled yarn(yes from another sweater which i know might seem counterproductive, but it helps me stay home and not spend money so it's worth it...). He loves it(thankfully) and told his sunday school teacher that his mommy made it... *heart melting*

buttons on both shoulders so his large noggin can fit

and i didn't use a pattern! Matt(dork) says Isaac looks like one of the unfortunate wretches in Luke Skywalker's neighborhood in Tatooine(i had to look that up). He might be right.
